*We define a Basic website as a site built with limited components and structure. They have standard pages like home, services and about us. Also, they contain additional elements as gallery pictures or a contact form. Other important resources such as videos, social media integration, slide shows, Call to Action banners are also included in our basic website package.

A website with custom requirements like special coding, complex forms, premium plugins, multiple gallery pictures, shopping carts, will be considered as a website project.

At this moment we would like to offer you only the Basic Website Package.

-Customers can provide their own hosting account and domain name. However, we honor our customer with a free one-year hosting service.

-After the first year, customers can renew the hosting service for $200 which include C-Panel, SSL-https, and one email account. Additional email accounts cost $54 each per year.

-WordPress migration to another server starts at $300. Price can increase depending on the website complexity

The Design Process
We make it easy and fluid for our customers.

1-customer submit basic information of its business. Name, contact, services, pictures, logo.
(We don’t design logos)

2-Customer can suggest 2 o 3 websites as a reference about what they want.

3-Customer provide domain name and hosting credentials if they have already a server account.

4-we can work on a temporary domain name while the work is developed. Once the site is finished, we migrate it to the final domain.

5-We create a content and web design according to the customer specs. Normally, it takes us 2 – 3 weeks.

6-Website ready for revision.

7-Email set up and contact forms will be tested.

8-Customer has two weeks to make corrections and changes. After that time, any change will be billed.

***All communications with our customers are via email****

Stock Photos
The customer has the chance to select 10 photos for free from depositphotos.com.

Changes
Customer is free to request the necessary changes during the design process. Once the website has been finished and live, the customer has two more weeks to suggest changes. After the two weeks, any change or modification will be charged.

Website Maintenance

-Minimum maintenance:  $50 a month.
Minor changes on content, pictures, phone numbers, address, email, etc.

-Regular Maintenance: $100 a month
Slide shows and gallery pictures, banners update, database backup, WordPress plugins update, and more.

Working with WordPress….is it really easy?

Customers can manage their own websites through WordPress admin area. WP can be easy to deal with for little modifications like changing a phone number or adding a new picture. However, it will require more knowledge if you want to create a page, modify the navigation menu, create a blog, edit a slide shows and more. With some dedication and extra work, users can learn the software quickly. It requires some hours of practice and by doing some research on Google, they can find thousands of resources just like Youtube videos and WordPress forums.

We don’t offer training for our customers but we do recommend some videos and reading, so they can learn faster and have control of the site.

Hosting Services

We have several VPS hosting accounts with the ability to provide a control panel for each customer. All the accounts come with SSL, email accounts, databases, and many features along with C-Panel.

Prices

C-PANEL+1 Email  $200 a year

C-PANEL+5 Emails  $250 a year

C-PANEL+10 Emails  $350 a year

Social Media Marketing

 Refund Policy

Payments for Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments whether present or past months are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you purchased.

Hosting Account Suspension

All hosting payments that are 15 days past due will trigger an account suspension. Hosting paid up to 12 month in advance and canceled before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet elapsed.
